Job Description

The Painter is responsible for executing high-quality painting tasks on both the interior and exterior of all vehicles. This includes utilizing advanced painting techniques, applying camouflage patterns, and ensuring all finishes meet TAG's rigorous quality standards. The role requires expertise in handling automotive painting equipment, paint mixing, and quality control to deliver flawless results that align with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Painting Material Knowledge

: Leverage expertise in various paint types and materials to achieve high-quality finishes on armored vehicles.

Painting Process

: Execute the complete painting process, including sandblasting, priming, and applying paint coats, while adhering to industry standards.

Rest and Dry Time Management

: Apply knowledge of drying times and techniques to ensure durable and flawless finishes.

Painting Machine Operation

: Operate airless spray guns and other painting equipment with precision for efficient results.

Paint, Liner, and Masking Application

: Apply liners, masking, and other coatings with accuracy to achieve a professional finish.

Paint Mixing Skills

: Mix and match colors accurately to meet client-specific requirements.

Camouflage and Symbols Painting

: Create custom camouflage patterns and symbols for tactical and military vehicles.

Quality Control

: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all paintwork meets TAG's stringent quality standards.

Collaboration

: Coordinate with production and quality control teams to resolve any painting issues and ensure timely project completion.

Documentation

: Maintain records of paint materials, color codes, and techniques applied to ensure consistency and quality control.
