We Emirates International Lubricants Industries LLC is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Luricants sales Manager to join our team and lead our marine lubricants division. The ideal candidate will have excellent contacts in the marine lubricants industries and provide interpersonal, customer-service skills and be a cheerleader for the company, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the automotive lubricants segment.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to effectively promote and sell automotive lubricant products. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
3. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the automotive industry, including automotive dealerships, service centers, and fleet operators. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their lubrication requirements.
4. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector, including partnerships, distribution channels, and market segments. Prospect potential clients and develop strategic relationships to expand our customer base.
5. Product Promotion and Marketing : Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and product demonstrations to effectively promote automotive lubricant products. Participate in industry events and trade shows to showcase our products and services.
6. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to address performance gaps and achieve sales targets.
7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the automotive lubricants sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the automotive or lubricants industry.
- Previous experience in an Automotive sales management or leadership role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
