Position Overview:

The role of an Automobile Showroom Sales cum Social Media Influencer combines traditional sales responsibilities with modern social media marketing. The individual in this position will be responsible for driving showroom sales while also leveraging social media platforms to promote the brand, engage with customers, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

#### Showroom Sales:

- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide product information on various vehicles available in the showroom.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and current promotions or offers.

- Sales Process: Guide customers through the buying process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, including test drives, financing options, and paperwork.

- Target Achievement: Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the management.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure availability of vehicles.

- Customer Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with potential customers and leads to convert inquiries into sales.

#### Social Media Influencing:

- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels, stories) related to vehicles, promotions, events, and customer experiences.

- Platform Management: Manage and grow the showroom's presence across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

- Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly to foster community engagement and trust.

- Campaigns and Promotions: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new arrivals, special offers, and events at the showroom.

- Analytics: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of content, campaigns, and audience engagement.

- Collaboration: Work with other influencers, automotive enthusiasts, and relevant industry personalities to enhance brand visibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Sales Experience: Proven experience in automobile sales or a related field with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

- Content Creation: Ability to create high-quality content, including photography, videography, and basic editing skills.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers both in-person and online.
