Job Description
1) Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues for automobile sector
2) Setting individual sales targets and delegating responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel.
3) Overseeing and coordinating the sales activities and performance of the sales team.
4) Providing training, guidance and feedback to sales representatives.
5) Ensuring sales team have the necessary resources and tools to perform properly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
• management: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• English, Hindi, Malayalam. (Preferred)
