: We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Titan Performance. The Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our garage, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of garage staff, including mechanics, technicians, and support personnel.
• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Conduct hands-on mechanical work and diagnosis as needed, providing technical expertise and guidance to team members.
• Ensure that all vehicle modifications and repairs are performed with precision and in accordance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and quality control.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of supplies and parts.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Regularly assess operational performance and implement improvements as needed to drive productivity and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in mechanical work and diagnosis, preferably in an automotive or off-road garage setting.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, suspension, drivetrain, and electronics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with off-road vehicles and modifications is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
