• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and assist customers, providing information on our services and addressing inquiries.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Sales and Promotion:
• Actively promote our mechanical and custom fabrication services such as Bumpers, roof racks, side steps etc.
• Provide detailed information on available options and recommend suitable services to meet customer requirements.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry, especially in Camper vehicle, K9 vehicles , Custom Trailers and all Exterior and Interior Works.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of our capabilities and services.
• Quoting and Pricing:
• Generate accurate quotes for mechanical and fabrication services based on customer needs.
• Clearly explain pricing and provide transparent cost breakdowns.
• Follow-up:
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the mechanical and fabrication teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements:

• Passion for the automotive industry, particularly Camper and Off Road Vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience, must be in a similar industry.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends.
