Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Automotive Lecturer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive engineering, mechanics, and technology, with experience in teaching and mentoring students. The role involves delivering engaging lectures, hands-on training, and guiding students in academic and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical and practical lessons in automotive systems, mechanics, and technology.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and syllabi in line with the curriculum.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations in areas such as engine diagnostics, vehicle repair, and maintenance.
• Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
• Stay updated with advancements in automotive technology and incorporate them into teaching.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with institutional academic policies and standards.
• Maintain and manage workshop tools, equipment, and safety standards during practical sessions.
• Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with industry partners to provide students with real-world insights and training opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry or teaching.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, repair, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment.
• Ability to engage and motivate students with innovative teaching methods.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
