Job Summary:

The Automobile Diagnosis Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and software. The technician ensures that vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:

Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify vehicle problems.

Interpret diagnostic codes and troubleshoot issues.

Perform road tests to identify and confirm issues.

Repairs and Maintenance:

Carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Replace faulty parts and components as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, and services performed.

Provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate findings to customers.

Complete job cards and service reports.

Customer Service:

Explain diagnostic findings and repair needs to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Answer customer inquiries and provide technical advice.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.

Tool and Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain diagnostic tools and equipment in good working condition.

Keep the work area clean and organized.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.

Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive technology is preferred.

Mercedes Benz Experience is Mandatory.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
