Job Title: Draughtsman

Job Location: Dubai or Sharjah Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 (Based on experience, salary may increase)

Reports To: Studio/Design Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Draughtsman with expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and related design software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, assisting the Studio/Design Head, and ensuring designs are accurate and meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

o

Design & Drafting: Create accurate technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Photoshop.

o

Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office to produce high-quality designs.

o

Project Coordination: Collaborate with the team to gather specifications and ensure designs meet project requirements.

o

Quality Control: Review and ensure the accuracy of all drawings and designs, adhering to industry standards and local regulations.

o

Support & Communication: Assist the Studio/Design Head in meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

o

Proven experience as a Draughtsman or in a similar role.

o

High proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and related software (SketchUp, Revit, MS Office).

o

Strong understanding of design principles, drafting techniques, and building codes.

o

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
