We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in AutoCAD to support our flooring projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and installation drawings based on project specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret technical drawings and translate conceptual designs into actionable plans.
• Modify drawings as necessary to accommodate design changes and ensure compatibility with project scope.
• Prepare and organize drawing sets for internal use and client presentations.
• Conduct site visits as needed to gather measurements and verify project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software (AutoCAD LT or AutoCAD Architecture) with a strong understanding of drafting techniques and standards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Graphic designing is essential for this position.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the flooring or architectural industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Diploma or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field is desirable.
