URGENT HIRING FOR AN AUTOCAD DRAFTSMAN WITH EXPERIENCE IN A FIT-OUT/CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, AVAILABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing Shop Drawing, ARCH, and as built drawings for consultant Approval/Contracting.
• Preparing Architectural Drawings for Authority Approval.
• Preparation of concept drawings.
• Preparing Shop Drawings/As-built drawings/Perspective for Approvals to Local Authority, Facility Management and Clients.
• Responsible for making detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for production.
• Coordinate with Production Managers, Project Managers and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes.
• Prepare the joinery-cutting list for all loose wooden/metal furniture and case goods.
• Make detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for productions.
• Prepare, read and interpret drawings and sketches.
• Experience in Architectural, Structural, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection & HVAC Drawing Production in CAD.
• Take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes and amount of materials needed.
• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
• Communicating with designers and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A degree or diploma holder.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a fit-out company.
• Must have excellent knowledge and experience of working on AutoCAD.
• Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions.
• Prepare transmittal and drawing submission.
• Self reliance & ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max,3D modeling, Photoshop Adobe, Microsoft office
• General knowledge of the interior decor fit-out joinery industry is essential.
• Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials is necessary.
• Knowledge of Quantifying the Material.
• Excellent English language skills - Verbal, written and spoken.
• Age: 28 - 40 years old.

Experience: Minimum 4 years UAE experience (Required)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
