AutoCAD Draftsman for FITOUT and JOINERY COMPANY •WITH 4 YEARS UAE EXPERIENCE •

1. Your job involves planning and designing the interiors of buildings, including residential, offices, banks, shops, hotels, and restaurants.

2. Responsible for managing primary inventory work, made drafting of space plans, site measurement, elevations etc.

3. Communicates and provides recommendations to clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings, color schemes, and color coordination.

4. Preparing a detailed working shop drawings, designs and plans with the use of CAD and 3D Max

5. Providing design ideas in form of drawings, or illustrations and material sample boards for presentation and for client's approval.

7. Preparing / Submission of all requirements for approval to Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, EHS, CED, TECOM and Zoning.

8. Supervising the work that is being carried out on the site and reporting to the Managing Director and Project Manager for the work progress.

9. Any other task assign by the management.

• AUTOCAD: 4 years (Required)
• FITOUT SHOPDRAWING: 2 years (Required)
• DRAFTSMAN: 4 years (Required)
• JOINERY SHOPDRAWING: 2 years (Required)
