Job Description

Develop

detailed interior design drawings

and technical documentation using

Revit

and AutoCAD. Create

3D models, layouts, and BOQ drawings

to support design concepts and execution. Work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to translate concepts into detailed drawings. Ensure

compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards

. Review and modify designs as needed to align with project requirements and client expectations. Coordinate with MEP and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements. Prepare

shop drawings, joinery details, and construction documents

for manufacturing and site execution. Conduct

site visits

to verify measurements and update drawings as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

as an Interior Draftsman, with a strong focus on Revit.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other drafting software

. Strong knowledge of

interior detailing, joinery works, and materials

. Experience in producing

technical drawings for residential, commercial, and office projects

. Ability to interpret and develop designs from sketches and conceptual ideas. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
