AutoCAD Draftsman

Urgently looking for AutoCAD Draftsman who have experience in FIT-OUT company and can join immediately

Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum 4 years of experience

Preparing shop drawing, ARCH and as built drawings for consultant Approval/contracting

Preparing architectural drawings for authority approval.

Preparation of concepts drawing

Preparing shop drawings/as -built drawings/perspective for approvals to local authority, facility management and clients.

Responsible for making detailed shop drawings based on concept drawing for production.

Coordinate with production managers, Project managers and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes.

Prepare the joinery-cutting list for all those wooden/ metal / furniture and case goods/

Make detailed shop drawings based on concept drawing for production.

Prepare, read and interpret drawings and sketches

Experience in architectural, structural, plumbing & drainage, fire protection & HVAC drawing production in CAD

Take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes and amount of materials needed.

Following specifications and calculations to create various drawings

Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.

Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.

Communicating with designers and engineers and incorporating knowledge gained onto drawings

Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.

Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations

Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Requirements:

A degree or diploma holder

With a minimum of 4 years- UAE experience from FIT-Out industry.

Must have excellent knowledge and experience of working in AutoCAD

Prepare as built drawings as per site conditions

Prepare transmittal and drawing submissions

Self-reliance and ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max,3D Modelling, Photoshop adobe and Microsoft Office.

General knowledge of the interior decor fit out joinery industry is essential.

Knowledge in space planning & commercial interior environment, Fit-out detailing, specifications, suppliers and materials is necessary.

Knowledge of quantifying the material

Excellent English language skills- verbal, written and spoken

Age:28-40
