Job Title : AutoCAD Draughtsman - High-Rise Projects
Location : Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draughtsman specializing in high-rise building projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and plans, with a keen eye for detail, especially in the context of high-rise construction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for high-rise building structures, including structural, architectural, and MEP layouts.
• Ensure drawings are in compliance with local construction codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to gather information and verify accuracy of designs and as-built conditions.
• Provide technical support and solutions for any issues that arise during the design or construction phases.
Qualifications and Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as an AutoCAD Draughtsman, specifically with high-rise or large-scale building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software; Revit experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
