Job Title - Draftsman

Location - UAE

Salary - AED 7000 to AED 8000

UHRS is hiring for Draftsman to join our dynamic team in our Dubai office. With a strong reputation for innovative design and exceptional project execution, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about architecture and interiors, and skilled in translating ideas into precise technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to develop and refine project plans.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents for both architecture and interior projects.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather necessary information and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Maintain and organize project files and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in an architectural firm, with experience in both architecture and interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup is essential.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, interior design concepts, and construction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A degree or diploma in architecture, drafting, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working on projects in Dubai is required.
