1. COMPANY OVERVIEW

"J WALT" is an ISO Certified Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, and Civil Maintenance Company based in Dubai built to provide cost-efficient and state-of-the-art services to customers.

We undertake all kinds of Civil & MEP maintenance, including partitioning, false ceiling, flooring, wall tiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, steel and aluminum fabrication, interior decorations, landscaping, and A/C maintenance for domestic and commercial sectors.

ABOUT ROLE

A Professional Engineer, with an Architectural Background and two to five years relevant experience. Well-versed with Authorities /Developers Submission / Approval Procedures (Authorities include, Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority, Dubai Civil Defense, RTA, DIC, DPG, etc.)

Duties:

• Handling project approvals from government authorities.
• Coordinate with the Dubai authorities on all NOC applications design construction specifications and design reports the NOC coordinator/engineer will work under the direction of the authority liaison manager
• Responsible for document submissions
• Brief the company about laws and regulations and status reports
• Attending technical discussions at the municipality, dealing with authorities, design review, and compliance with all relevant codes
• Reviewing, and preparing the NOCs and submissions applications, for the designs, and coordinating with other departments' NOCs relevant to the approvals.

Requirements

A Professional Engineer, with an Architectural Background and Four to Six years of exclusive relevant experience.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in architecture Design/Civil Engineering and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral English/Arabic
• Experience producing construction documents Experience with an Engineering Consultant

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
