Job Description

The candidate must possess expertise/experience in the following domains:

Prepare drawings and Layouts including 2D Modelling under the guidance of or as directed by Project Manager or Immediate line manager in order to develop a design idea into a coherent proposal and to communicate the concepts into visual appearance. Prepare topographical and land maps based on the survey details. Prepare detailed construction/ technical shop drawings and plans such as site development plan, Floor plan, Furniture layout, reflected ceiling plan, Overall building sections, elevations, Schedule of doors & windows, building services plumbing and drainage layout & diagrams etc. including, if required in multiple revisions under the direction of an architect or engineer. Maintain highest standards of drafting practice to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the completed drawings. Contribute to improving designs and detailing. Maintain logs, reports and records of all drafting activities in relevant databases to ensure compliance of established internal procedures & ISO Standards. Take site measurement of and clients' facilities, as required, after the completion of construction in order to keep record of actual dimensions and sizes of the facility. Should be responsible for the confidentiality, security and safekeeping of all documents, drawings Assist and coordinate with Architects & Engineers to ensure collective achievement of departmental objectives Ensure to follow the drawing template of the department to ensure uniformity of the drawings.

The candidate must meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent. Minimum 8 years as CAD Draughtsman with proofed track Fluent in English Creativity and ability to work well with others.
