Job Description

We are looking for a Draftsman with atleast 3 years of UAE Experience AV and ELV.

Certification required : Auto CAD & 3Ds

MaxSalary : AED 5,000\.00 - 7,000\.00

Responsibilities

1\.Create detailed CAD drawings for AV, ELV, CCTV, and Access Control systems based on project specifications, client needs, SIRA & ADMCC standards.

2\. Work closely with AV engineers, ELV engineers, CCTV engineers, Access Control specialists, and project managers to understand system requirements and translate them into precise CAD drawings.

3\. Develop system layouts for AV, ELV, CCTV, and Access Control systems, including equipment racks, cable paths, integration points, and relevant infrastructure for installations, ensuring compliance with SIRA and ADMCC standards.

4\. Produce accurate as-built drawings and documentation for project handover, covering AV, ELV, CCTV, and Access Control systems, and ensuring alignment with SIRA, and ADMCC standards.

5\. Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations, including AV, ELV, CCTV, Access Control, SIRA, and ADMCC requirements.

6\. Review and update CAD drawings as required throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating changes for AV, ELV, CCTV, and Access Control systems while maintaining compliance with SIRA, and ADMCC standards.

7\. Collaborate with project teams to ensure CAD designs for AV, ELV, CCTV, and Access Control systems are practical, feasible for installation, and adhere to all relevant standards.

8\. Prepare detailed drawings of equipment layouts, including rack elevations, cable management plans, and power distribution.

9\. Ensure accurate representation of wiring and cable routing in CAD drawings, ensuring feasibility and compliance with safety regulations.

10\. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate specifications and dimensions for components and systems are included in CAD drawings.

11\. Create detailed and clear documentation for installation teams to follow, ensuring seamless implementation of AV, ELV, CCTV, and Access Control systems.

12\. Support the project team by modifying CAD drawings based on client feedback, changes in design, or field conditions.

13\. Provide accurate drawings for integration points to ensure all systems (AV, ELV, CCTV, and Access Control) are aligned and integrated properly during installation.

14\. Ensure proper labeling and annotation of all drawings to maintain clarity and prevent errors during installation or future maintenance.

15\. Prepare system schematic diagrams, including control panels, connectivity, and interaction between various systems (AV, ELV, CCTV, and Access Control).

Pay: AED5,000\.00 - AED7,000\.00 per month
