Our company is seeking a talented and motivated Autocad Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and design, strong technical skills, and the ability to assist with both creative and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of architectural design concepts. Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and specifications using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop. Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project success. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans. Support general administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

Independently create full design concepts for projects based on Principal's design vision General research and all sourcing Prepare for client presentations by creating mood boards, floorplans, drawings and elevations. Follow up with vendors on lead times and quotes Organize and manage samples library Research new products and materials Type up and organize meeting notes, project status, deliverables, etc. in Basecamp Maintain organized client binders Read architectural plans and produce scaled sketches, drawings and room layouts. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. 3-5 years of experience in architecture or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop. Strong creative and technical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good organizational and time management abilities.
