We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics and service technicians.
Schedule and prioritize jobs to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Assist with diagnostics and complex repairs when needed.
Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and equipment; coordinate procurement as necessary.
Ensure that all safety procedures and cleanliness standards are followed in the workshop.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff.
Maintain accurate job records, service reports, and customer communication logs.
Communicate with customers or service advisors about job status, costs, and recommendations.
Support recruitment and performance evaluations of workshop personnel.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in automotive technology preferred.
5+ years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role in UAE
Strong mechanical knowledge of various vehicle systems and repair techniques.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop software systems.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
UAE Valid driver's license.
Joining will be immediate

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
