WHAT WILL YOU DRIVE?
As an Auto Sales Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our customer engagement and satisfaction. Your primary role will be to connect with potential buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchase of their ideal vehicle.
Customer Engagement:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers and dealers.
• Act as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term loyalty.
Helping Customers Buy the Right Car:
• Understand customer needs and preferences to suggest suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to final purchase, ensuring they choose the car that best fits their needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service.
Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, including delivery and the first 30 days.
• Address any customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales managers, finance specialists, and support staff to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with the team to provide top-notch service and achieve common objectives.
This is a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals and we'll give you everything you need to be successful.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Well, we don't ask for much but for someone who comes with:
• 2-3 years of experience in selling premium auto brands (European, US, Japanese models).
• Exceptional communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and other sales management tools.
