RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare surfaces (clean, sand, prime)
• Fill cracks, holes, joints
• Apply paint, varnish, stain with brushes, rollers, sprayers
• Ensure even coverage and smooth finish
• Select appropriate materials for surfaces
• Mix and match colors
• Perform touch-ups and repairs
• Address paint-related issues (peeling, flaking, fading)
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
• Maintain and clean equipment and tools
• Estimate time and materials for projects
• Coordinate with team members and contractors
• Communicate with clients for needs and preferences
• Provide advice on color schemes and finishes
• Inspect finished work for quality
• Keep records of work and report issues
• Continuously improve skills and stay updated with trends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 10 years of professional painting experience
• Proven experience as auto painter
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
• Excellent color vision and aesthetic sense
• Ability to prepare and prime various surfaces
• Skilled in using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to estimate project time and material requirements
• Physical stamina and dexterity for prolonged painting tasks
• Additional certifications or training in painting (advantageous)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
