Job Description

1. Choose the correct Oil Filter required for the car as per the car make and model through VIN.2. Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and top up fluids whichever is necessary3. Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs(Air filter and AC filter) and communicate findings to customers and service advisors.4. Complete service orders accurately and efficiently, documenting all services performed and any additional recommendations.5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.6. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper handling of hazardous materials and disposal of used oil and filters.7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining service recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology through ongoing training and professional development.9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of all service requests and maintain a positive work environment.10.Assist with other duties as needed, including vehicle inspections.
