Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Technician with a robust background in both electrical and mechanical auto repairs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functionality and maintenance of our vehicle fleet. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues to ensure operational excellence.
Keep accurate maintenance records for all vehicles in stock to guarantee they remain in prime condition.
Facilitate Goods Received Note (GRN) and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes.
Evaluate and select vendors for the Spare Parts and Procurement department to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct detailed inspections before and after vehicles are sent to vendors for modifications or enhancements.
Update team groups promptly with any identified issues and resolutions regarding vehicle faults.
Respond to and accommodate requests from the Board of Directors as required.
Capture detailed photos of vehicle delivery and movements, updating the information in the relevant team groups.
Train and guide cleaners, office boys, drivers, and yard attendants on proper vehicle care and maintenance protocols.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing both electrical and mechanical aspects of vehicles.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of work.
