Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicle types, including engine, transmission, brake systems, electrical systems, and suspension.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Inspect and test vehicle systems to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and timeframes for customers.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and services performed, ensuring all work is documented in the system.
• Ensure the garage or workshop is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Maintain and calibrate diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Stay updated with new vehicle technologies and repair techniques through ongoing education and training.
• Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues, repair processes, and costs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (ASE certification or similar) preferred.
• Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic or similar role.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, exhaust, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and customer service-oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to \[insert weight]) and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.

Pay: AED2,500\.00 - AED2,700\.00 per month
