Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Auto Mechanic with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English fluently. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and suspension systems.
Complete all repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and within the specified time frame.
Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and diagnostic findings.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs needed and provide cost estimates for services.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in automotive technology, and manufacturer specifications.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive training program is preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience as an Auto Mechanic in a professional automotive repair setting.
Proficiency in speaking and writing English is essential for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
