Job Description

Auto Electrician Duties:

Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems

Air-condition system diagnosing repair and replacing all necessary related parts.
Battery and charging system diagnosing, repairing, overhauling and repairing all related parts and components.
Repairing wiring harness.
Using wiring diagram to solve all fault related problem
Remove and install of entertainment system.
Diagnose, repair and replace all conveniences equipment.
Proper using of tester and equipment related to electrical and electronics system i.e. voltmeter, charger and charging tester.
Usage of diagnostic equipment for reading fault memory, actual value and troubleshooting.

Apply knowledge of automotive electronics, engines, and chassis.
Install components, such as alternators, starter motors, and alternators.
Install electrical components, such as horns, lights, and turn signals.
Troubleshoot electrical systems on vehicles.
Perform maintenance on batteries and charging systems.
Inspect and test electrical connections and components.
Replace and install electrical connectors, relays, fuses, and circuit breakers
Install and wire gauges, gauges, and other electrical components
Install, replace, and repair wiring and circuits
Insulate and wire electrical panels
Connect electrical components, such as switches, starter solenoids, and starter solenoids
Perform engine and driveline repairs
Insulate and wire engine compartment Auto Electrician Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on all vehicles
Maintain all records regarding vehicles
Rebuild and troubleshoot electrical systems on vehicles
Repair and troubleshoot brake and suspension systems
Maintain regular, clean, professional appearance of vehicles
Work with other employees to diagnose and resolve vehicle problems
Use a variety of tools, equipment, and vehicle parts to fix vehicles
Provide quality customer service to customers
