AUTO ELECTRICIAN

Super Fix Auto Centers has been trusted automotive maintenance to provide whole of routine services and major repairing mechanical, electrical and car care for several of vehicle brands (German, Japan, USA, Europe, Korean etc...) in UAE for nearly 10 years through professional workshops on whole emirates.

We're looking to hire a skilled auto electrician to work in our busy auto electrical service center. Your duties will include installing and repairing electrical wiring, diagnosing problems with vehicle electrical systems and repairing damaged electrical parts

To ensure success as an auto electrician, you should have extensive knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems, have a good eye for detail, and be able to problem-solve complex electrical problems. Ultimately, a top-notch auto electrician can install, troubleshoot and repair any electrical system in a vehicle and there will be opportunities for continued education and training as we continue our mission to become one of the top pioneer businesses in the automotive maintenance field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? The ideal candidate is skilled at using advanced computer diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues, and knows how to pursue cost-effective solutions for every need.

? Installing new vehicle wiring systems.

? Tests and repairs starters, generators and distributors.

? Rebuilds electrical units, such as starters, generators and door controls.

? Gathering information from customers about issues with their electrical system.

? Diagnosing electrical issues and proposing a course of action.

? Determines malfunction of electrical system by visual inspection and use of testing devices such as oscilloscope, voltmeter and ammeter.

? Providing customers with estimated time and cost for repairs.

? Repairing and replacing faulty wiring or electrical systems.

? Servicing of electrical automotive parts.

? Produce quality work with minimum job stoppage

? Engage with your service advisor to effectively diagnose a vehicle problem using the latest diagnostic equipment

? Recommends services that are necessary to keep the customer's vehicle in running condition; properly documents all recommendations in customer file.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

? Follow checklists and protocols while conducting repairs and preventive maintenance

? Perform repairs by aiming for maximum reliability and cost savings for customers

? Adhere to a preventive maintenance program for all shop equipment

? Ensure that the workspace is safe, organized, and clean.

? Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

? Maintain functionality of shop equipment by adhering to operating instructions

? Keep a professional appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

? ITI (Technical School) or Auto Electrical Diploma or Automotive Engineering

? Minimum of 5 years of experience

? Proven work experience as an auto electrician.

? Advanced knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems.

? Complex problem-solving skills.

? Ability to operate electrical diagnostic equipment.

? Good communication skills and upbeat personality.

? Excellent knowledge of mechanical components of vehicles

? English Language (Speaking - Reading - Writing).

? Team worker

? Speed of intuition and learning

? Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
