Job Opportunity - NOC Engineer Native Arabic Speakers.

We are seeking a qualified NOC Engineer with the following qualifications:

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in NOC processes and stakeholder liaisons in Dubai.

- Extensive knowledge and experience (at least 10 years) in the construction and supervision of infrastructure and road management projects.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in traffic counting and analysis software, including SIDRA and Highway Capacity Software (HCS).

- Strong understanding of temporary and permanent traffic sign design in accordance with RTA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Design NOC documents and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure timely issuance.

- Review Construction NOC documents and take necessary actions to secure final approvals.

- Coordinate with RTA Services Authority and developers to ensure the safety of traffic diversions and public areas, adhering to authority standards.

- Design and study traffic diversions required for sewer and stormwater network completion in compliance with RTA regulations.

- Implement and maintain road diversions as needed.

Additional Requirements:

- Valid UAE driving license.
