Experienced in fit-out projects and renovation works. Ensure perfect implementation of project plans, team building, and staff management. Handle client management professionally. Expert in obtaining authority approvals from SEWA , Dubai Municipality, DPW, MAF, DEWA, Sharjah Municipality, etc and other public sector clients and developers. Superb reading of drawings Very detailed NOCs and authority permissions furnished knowledge Display hardworking, practical, and team-building skills. Requirements: Must hold a Sharjah Municipality license. Strong experience in finishing works and fit-out projects. Proven track record in project management and staff management. History of timely handling NOCs and Permissions Technical proficiency with engineering drawings, shop drawings, layouts, blueprints & etc. Excellent client management skills.
