Job Description

Approval Process Management:



Coordinate with Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, RTA, Civil Defense, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities to obtain necessary project approvals. Prepare, submit, and follow up on all required documentation for project approvals. Ensure timely completion of the approval process to avoid delays in project timelines.

Compliance and Regulations:



Stay updated with the latest regulations, guidelines, and requirements from government and regulatory authorities. Ensure all submissions comply with the relevant authority standards. Verify and review documents to ensure they meet authority requirements.

Liaison and Coordination:



Act as a primary point of contact between the company, clients, consultants, and authorities. Facilitate communication and resolve issues between stakeholders regarding approvals. Arrange site inspections and attend meetings with authorities as required.

Documentation and Record Keeping:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all approval submissions and correspondence. Track approval timelines and provide regular updates to project teams and management. Manage any re-submissions or amendments as requested by authorities.

Problem Solving:



Address and resolve queries or concerns raised by authorities. Provide proactive solutions to potential approval challenges.
