Job description A well-established and rapidly expanding business, New Evolution is a leading luxury interior design company; specializing in delivering high quality, intricately detailed and bespoke décor.

Job Responsibility:

Check the current regulations for each area in Dubai affecting the projects and make sure our design is in compliance with authorities regulations Prepare all required drawings and documents needed for each project and share it with authorities Co-ordinate with the required trades such as Structural design, MEP... to insure compliance with authorities. Co-ordination with key people in regulatory bodies such as Dubai Municipality, CED-Trakhees, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, and Nakheel, Emaar & Jumeirah Golf Estate Drawing Submissions and Approvals process tracking, from project start to building permit, helping clients through each step Application for approvals early in a project's timeline, where possible Daily and weekly follow-ups with in-house team to complete missing designs/inquiries Working to ensure correct work permit execution and NOC's Direct assistance to project managers from the start of the project regarding various issues during site work Applying work permit Qualification:

Previous experience in Interior fit out company a must; minimum experience of 5 years to 7years Flexible work schedules are a must BSC in Engineering Part of Society of Engineers UAE With Trakhees Green Card for Construction Materials and Quality Control With Trakhees Orange Card for Fresh Concrete Testing Detailed Oriented and have initiativeness Must be based in UAE and can join immediately Can speak and write fluent English Can speak and write Arabic is advantage A PORTFOLIO IS A MUST OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT EVEN ACCEPT YOUR CV
