JOB DESCRIPTION - AUDITOR QUALIFICATIONS - Qualified CA, CPA The key responsibilities of the incumbent would be the following:
Audit Execution; obtaining assurance on the truthfulness and fairness of financial statements, compliance with various applicable laws, Accounting principles, Accounting Standards (IFRS and IAS), Audit & Assurance Standards, Analysis of financial assertions and statements.
Drafting of Audit Report an Observation Reports for discussion with client.
Review of work done by the team members.
Reporting to the Partner of the firm about the audit work and final review.
Worked as a team leader for major assignments.
Finalization of Annual Report (Financial Statements and Notes to Accounts)
Supervising the routine accounting task in the department on day to day basis.
Supervising ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
Ensuring all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports are submitted on time.
Performs the monthly, financial reconciliation for general ledger account, suppliers and inter-Group , banks and do monthly closing
Coordinate with team for monthly, quarterly and annual MIS Reports.
Coordinate with treasury department for recording of monthly interest on intergroup loans and current account balances and issuing the debit/credit note accordingly.
Responsible for the management of fixed assets which included proper accounting, reconciliation, tagging and physical verifications.
Ensuring timely reconciliation of bank on monthly basis.
Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Knowledge and ability to use proficiently standard office softwares, including word-processing, databases and spreadsheets.
