25,000 \xe2\x80\x93 30,000 AEDOur client is a leading Real Estate Developer; Objective to lead and manage audit engagements in building construction for civil works. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the site operations, processes, and business objectives.Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93\xc2\xb7 Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international standards, best practices.
\xc2\xb7 Overseeing the process of audits, making recommendations on policies, and ensuring that the organization fulfills international & governmental obligations of compliance.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinating and developing internal auditing processes for all civil works including reinforcement, concrete, block, plaster, paint, waterproofing, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, stone cladding, aluminium & glazing, marble, swimming pool works etc.
\xc2\xb7 Conducting independent audits of building construction including project close-out documentation, Authorities requirements, NOC, Building permits, As-built drawings, O & M manuals etc.
