Job Description
Position: Senior Audit Associate
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
• Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Review financial statements and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Identify and communicate audit findings to clients, offering recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Stay current on industry developments and changes in audit standards to ensure compliance and enhance audit effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• must be a CPA
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
