:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Audit and Tax Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to co-ordinate with external auditors in finalizing local statutory audits, prepare and file VAT returns, co-ordinate with consultants on Corporate tax filings.What You'll Be Doing:Co-ordinate with external auditors (statutory and In Country Value program audits) for the local and corporate audits.Complete VAT and withholding tax filings (WHT) for all the entities. Ensure compliance with VAT and WHT regulations for all legal entities across the group.Co-ordinate with external consultants on the review and finalization of corporate tax filings across the region.Provide advice, to the proposals and operations team, on corporate tax, VAT and WHT implications of business transactions.Manage tax related periodic general ledger entries and account reconciliations.Research and identify corporate tax, VAT, WHT, and ICV related law updates and analyze their effects on transactions, audits, and tax filings.Learn, develop, and recommend revisions to accounting systems and procedures in conformance with GAAP.Perform ad-hoc assignments and other responsibilities associated with this position as deemed appropriate.What Required Skills You'll Bring:ACA, ACCA, or CPA equivalent required.Minimum six plus years of related (statutory audits, ICV audits, VAT, WHT and Corporate tax) post qualification work experience.Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles.Experience with Enterprise resource planning financial system is desired.Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong attention to detail and highly analytical.Strong sense of ownership.Self-directed, and able to work well independently and collaboratively in a team.Excellent verbal and oral communication skillsMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
