• Remote/On-site
• Quote and recommend best AV equipment solution
• Answer technical concern
• Knowledge in troubleshooting
• Create project data sheet
• Knowledge in connecting, tuning, and configuring AV setups
• Knowledge in operating software to control AV technologies
Qualifications & Skills:
• 2 years work experience in AV industry
• With Visio and autoCad experience
• Technical understanding of AV and IT systems
• Up-to-date awareness of AV technologies and their features
• Extensive knowledge of the architectural, cabling, and control system requirements of AV technologies
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and risk assessment abilities
• Project management and deadline fulfillment skills
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Self-driven and detail oriented
