Nair Systems is currently looking ATM Support Consultant for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Working Experience . Approximately 5 - 7 years' experience in ATM & Digital Banking (in a Managerial / Supervisory role in a bank) Qualifications . Bachelors' Degree in IT, Banking & Finance, Business Management Discipline (or equivalent) Reporting Line . The consultant will work under the supervision and report to Vice President ATM Business Management Key Responsibilities & Skills Required . Management & execution of ATM related projects including System enhancements, UATs, Feature roll-out and working with cross functional teams to achieve the same . Conduct periodic reporting and analysis on ATM Network performance therefore ensuring that ATM performance remains intact with the set KPI's of the unit . Oversee ATM installations, operational issues and taking necessary actions to resolve recurring issues with the respective internal & external vendor partners . Assist in the operational oversight of the Banks' ATM Self Service Machine Network. Monitor performance, uptime and service quality . Strong & Analytical and problem solving skills . Proficiency in ATM brands and models in the ATM industry & market .
