Job Description

• FINEXCEL COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE - ABU DHABI is a leading company with a strong presence in the banking industry.
• We are currently seeking highly motivated experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Team Leader in sales. (Banking Products- Personal Loans )
• Salary - Starting from AED 5000 - AED 7000 \+ Incentives (based on the experience)

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Team Leader in managing and motivating the team of sales officers to achieve targets.
• Sell banking products.
• Report on sales activities and results to the Team Leader and senior management.

Requirements :

• Experience - Minimum 1 year banking within the UAE required.
• Knowledge of banking products
• Leadership skills
• Education - Degree (Bachelors or Masters)
• Languages - English
• Any Nationality
