Job in Dubai - Assistant Design manager - Fit out - residential

Salary : 18,000 AED - 20,000 AED per month + UAE standard benefits

The Assistant Design Manager's responsibility is to ensure that projects are designed to meet client specifications, adhere to industry standards, and align with project objectives. They collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to develop innovative and effective design solutions.

?Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. ?

Europeans or British are highly considered. ?

At least 5+ years experience in lead Interior Design OR Manager position within the fit-out and joinery industry in the UAE. ?

Should have experience in residential projects (villas) ?

In-depth knowledge of fit-out (Interior Design)processes, materials, and costs. ?

Strong analytical skills to accurately estimate project costs and identify potential risks and opportunities. ?

Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. ?

Proficiency in using estimation software and tools. ? Familiarity with relevant Fit-out(Interior Design ) contracts and regulations. ?

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. ?

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. ?

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ?

Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
