Associate - Risk & Compliance - UAE National |
ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate - Risk and Compliance is responsible for assisting the Risk and Compliance function by overseeing risk and compliance matters within MAF Retail.
ROLE PROFILE
- Assist with the implementation of the country emergency response process and crisis management strategy
- Monitor threats and risks that may impact the business continuity
- Enhancing, tracking, and reporting on key performance-indicating metrics, allowing for performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner
- Ensure employees follow applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures in order to protect the people, assets, data and reputation of MAF Retail
- Analyzes and interprets integrated data and information to improve investigation process efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in investigations of fraud cases such as employee theft, breach of ethics, corruption and violations of risk and compliance policies and recommend resolutions thereof.
- Apply and follow MAF Retail\xe2\x80\x99s Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, managing email correspondence, creating presentations, and preparing reports using Microsoft Office.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Power BI is a must
- Excellent project management
- Analytical and decision-making abilities
- Good business communication and presentation skills
- 2+ years\' experience in a similar function
