At DWF (Middle East) LLP, we are seeking a dedicated legal professional with 3-7 years post-qualification experience to join our Global Risk Team In Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in handling insurance disputes, preferably from within a globally recognized law firm.

Our dynamic, fast growing insurance team in Dubai believes in working together to both encourage a great working environment as well as facilitate the best results for our clients. The partners believe firmly in the importance of doing things the right way. Any new joiner will be expected to work closely with partners, associates and trainees to enhance our collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture.
About the role

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:• Be skilled in drafting policy coverage advice.
• Take charge of managing a spectrum of Insurance disputes, both litigated and unlitigated.
• Serve a diverse clientele, including prominent London Market reinsurers and regional insurers.
• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and trainees, contributing to our collective success.


Take a prominent role in business development and marketing
About you

We are looking for a candidate who possesses comprehensive insurance dispute resolution experience and knowledge. To be successful in your application, we would expect to see: Essential • Insurance disputes experience in a global law firm.
• Well developed drafting and policy coverage capabilities.
• Disputes experience in insurance lines of business such as financial lines, property, energy and construction.
• Clear and developed communication skills.
• A track record of working within a diverse team to build client relationships and address client needs.

Desirable • Experience working within the GCC Region on insurance disputes.
• An understanding of the GCC Region.
• Arabic speaking desirable but not essential.
