Our client is a leading global investor, headquartered in the GCC. They are building up a new team to manage the Soft Services required for their new office tower. The office tower will house multiple facilities which will service employees and pedestrians. The ideal candidate would focus for overseeing services such as landscaping, fleet management, waste management, managing mailboxes and office supplies, conducting regular inspections and audits.Key Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and oversee the execution and monitoring of outsourced cleaning services, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Initiate, develop, and maintain partnerships with internal departments and external stakeholders to establish a sustainable and accessible network that supports the achievement of organizational objectives.
Assist in managing assets to ensure proper inventory management and tracking.
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and systems, proactively identifying areas for improvement to drive continuous improvement.
Take full responsibility for the execution of activities and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have around 10+ years' experience in Real Estate/Facilities management
The candidate should have a strong background in planning activities and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
Ideally, the candidate will have a bachelor's degree in safety management or a relevant certification in safety management.
An MBA designation is preferable.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
