JOB TITLE Associate - Replenishment | Majid Al Futtaim Retail | Head Office UAEROLE SUMMARY The Associate -Replenishment is responsible for all administrative tasks related to the replenishment of the warehouse and providing reporting to drive the business within the department.ROLE PROFILE
Manage supplier base and maintain supplier files up to date.
Provide accurate information to Merchandise Manager and Stores teams when required.
Coordinate with suppliers when required.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Book ordered quantities with Distribution Centers and stores.
Sending alert in the form of a reports to Demand planning team on the issue of ordering, stock & anomalies that needs to be corrected and requires attention.
Control the necessary Demand Planning parameter Setting with all the interface.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and performing basic bookkeeping work.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
1-2 years of experience in analysis, retail industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in English (Required), Arabic (Advantage), and local language (if applicable).
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, planning, and organizational abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, advanced Excel, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
