This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to identify top talent. You will play a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Creates and maintains strong, effective business partnerships with internal managers. Attracts candidates (both internal and external) and maintains Valvoline's superior employment brand, while providing an award-winning candidate experience.How Youll Make an ImpactReceives and qualifies new positions and collaborates with managers to establish parameters of acceptable candidate profiles for repetitive and/or similar roles within a specific business unit. Ensures that job requisitions are posted to all relevant career sites. Identifies potential and priority candidates using online job boards, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing.Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage, for assigned positions. Conducts candidate resume reviews and call, screen and qualify candidates. Facilitates reference checks, pre-employment screenings, and offer negotiation. Maintain relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.Represents Company with outside employment agencies, job fairs, employment conferences, university job fairs and social media contacts. Builds and maintains excellent client relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners by acting as a recruiting consultant, solving problems, and providing proactive and consistent communications Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws by accurately documenting all recruitment activities in the ATS, provide expertise to hiring managers regarding their legal obligations, and staying current on applicable employment laws. Strives to meet and exceed key performance metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, offer to acceptance rate, diversity of final slate, and candidate experience - Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.Participates in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for the most 'hard to fill' openings. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.Communications:

What Youll NeedEducation Required:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a matrixed organization required.
