Job Description

: Associate - Real Estate Valuations (Audit Support)You will be part of a team of Specialists that support the Audit Team by reviewing real estate valuations across a wide range of sectors for financial reporting purposes; in order to ensure alignment with the market, accounting and valuation standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing the appropriateness of valuation methodologies and underlying assumptions
Performing market research on comparable transaction prices, rental rates, discount rates and yields
Conducting complex analysis on Excel and developing valuation models under the supervision of senior colleagues.
Reporting findings in a clear and concise manner, documenting review procedures performed and market evidence to support the conclusion on value

Qualifications and Education:

An in-depth understanding of the application of all 5 valuation methods
Completion of a Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering or equivalent
2 - 3 years\' experience in real estate valuations
Superior research and analytical skills.
Language Skills: Fluent in English. Multilingual/Arabic is a plus
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) APC candidate - Valuation Pathway
