This is an exciting opportunity for an associate to join their growing and highly successful team based in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on direct, fund, co-investment and platform investments in assets across the US. What the job involves
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and asset management
- Developing and analysing financial models
- Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
- Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities
- Experience of working in real estate in private equity / operating partners or brokerage firms, ideally in the Americas
- Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
- Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
