:Job Overview:The Associate Real Estate & Facilities Spec performs routine assignments in an associate role to support the Real Estate & Facilities discipline at McDermott. The position requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the Real Estate & Facilities discipline.Responsibilities:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all Health & Safety documentation, training, and policies
Administer and ensure all personnel files are up to date
Administer the security plan
Raise client purchase orders and related administration
Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and conduct proactive maintenance
Plan by forecasting the facility\'s upcoming needs and requirements
Oversee any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
Help with office relocations
Property strategy and Space management
Communications infrastructure
Contract management
Qualifications:Essential Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related discipline preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Understanding soft and complex service delivery
Passionate about delivering consistent excellence
Competent writing and communication skills - including the ability to communicate technical information
Procurement and negotiation
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Time management skills and teamwork
