Our client is looking to expand its real estate capital markets team by hiring an Associate. This role is focused on managing global real estate financing initiatives and covenant compliance. The successful candidate will be joining a highly dynamic and motivated team. Full relocation to Abu Dhabi is required. What the job involves
Support the capital markets team with global financing initiatives, including the development of financing strategies and lender profiles for real estate investments
Assist in producing high-quality information memorandums and support regional CFOs in procuring financing from a range of global lenders
Manage and maintain a database of global lender contacts, focusing on financing preferences, recent activity, and relationships with the firm
Provide transaction management support to the regional CFOs and investment teams, ensuring a structured lender selection and RFP process
Track and report covenant compliance by working closely with the operations, asset management teams, and external partners
Assist in producing regular reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) on debt, hedging, and portfolio performance for internal committees and senior management
Collaborate with operations and investment teams to develop stress testing models for assets and the broader portfolio
Provide ad-hoc analytical support on debt and hedging matters across various asset classes and markets
Who we are looking for
Master\'s degree in finance or a related field (real estate financing background is advantageous)
Experience in investment banking or the real estate investment industry
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with experience in preparing marketing or pitch documents
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior team members and present findings effectively
Ability to manage relationships across multiple departments (operations, investment, legal, treasury) and external stakeholders
